It’s amazing to see how much power 10-year-old Daneliya Tuleshova brought to the stage during her blind audition on The Voice Kids Ukraine. She chose to sing Demi Lovato’s emotional ballad “Stone Cold” and completely made it her own. Right from the start, her voice was so strong and full of feeling that judge Monatik couldn’t resist and quickly turned his chair. Soon after, judges Natalia Mohylevska and the duo Time and Glass turned their chairs too, all impressed by her talent.
Daneliya’s performance was truly special. In just a few seconds, she convinced all the judges to pick her, but she was only getting started. As she continued, her voice soared beautifully through the song, showing impressive vocal range and skill for someone so young. More than that, she put her heart and soul into every note, making the audience completely fall in love with her performance.
It’s not every day you see a 10-year-old who can sing like a real star. The judges were amazed by Daneliya’s voice, and so were the people watching at home. Her audition became a huge hit on YouTube, gathering an incredible 86.6 million views. In fact, her audition video became the most-watched performance in the history of The Voice Kids Ukraine.
Judge Natalia Mohylevska knew right away that she had witnessed something truly special. She said, “That was the best performance I’ve ever seen on The Voice Kids Ukraine, in all the seasons. It was fantastic!” She was so impressed that she asked Daneliya to sing another song. This time, Daneliya performed a folk song called “Trymai” by Khrystyna Soloviy, showing everyone that she could sing different styles beautifully.
Later, Daneliya took her talent beyond Ukraine. She auditioned for America’s Got Talent, where she sang “Tears of Gold” by Faouzia and wowed the judges there as well.
Daneliya was born on July 18, 2006, in Astana, Kazakhstan. 2017 was a big year for her. In January, she won an international competition called Hopes of Europe, and later that year, she amazed everyone on The Voice Kids Ukraine. She went through the competition with ease and reached the grand final. For the final performance, she sang “Ne tvoya viyna” by Okean Elzy. The audience loved it, and she won the whole competition at just 10 years old!
The following year, in 2018, Daneliya represented Kazakhstan in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. She performed amazingly and reached the finals, finishing in sixth place overall. But that was just the beginning of her international journey.
In June 2020, she auditioned for America’s Got Talent and received four “yes” votes from the judges. Just like in Eurovision, she made it to the finals and finished in sixth place again. Her journey in music continued as she started her professional career as a recording artist with 4 Chords Records.
