The crowd’s reaction said it all—everyone on stage and in the audience was smiling and having a great time. Lambert’s hilarious Cher impression happened during a segment called “Wheel of Musical Impressions” on an episode of “The Tonight Show” that was posted on YouTube on April 17, 2023. Fans couldn’t get enough of it, and the video quickly went viral, getting a massive 4.6 million views.

People online were blown away by Lambert’s performance. One fan commented, “Adam Lambert is still one of the best male singers ever. There is nothing he can’t sing!”

Another fan wrote, “His laugh in the middle of the song gets me every time. It shows how much he enjoys singing, and I love his passion.” It looks like Lambert had so much fun on Fallon’s show that he later performed a mashup of “The Muffin Man” and “Believe” at his Summertime Ball concert on June 11, 2023.

Cher’s hit song “Believe” was released on October 19, 1998, as the first single from her 22nd album of the same name. A team of seven songwriters helped create the track, and Cher herself wrote a big part of the second verse.

However, she didn’t get official credit as a songwriter, and in 2023, she mentioned that she regretted not asking for it. “Believe” became a huge hit, reaching number one in 23 countries and selling over 11 million copies. It’s known as Cher’s biggest song and is still the best-selling single by a female solo artist.
