Back in 2018, a talented five-member boy band called Bring It North took the stage on Britain’s Got Talent and stole the nation’s heart. With their angelic voices and charming personalities, Harry, Max, Toby, Oscar, and Felix—who were all between ten and twelve years old—impressed everyone. For their audition, they performed ‘Electricity’ from the musical Billy Elliot. Their beautiful harmonies and strong voices won over the judges instantly, and Alesha Dixon even said, “I hope your performance inspires more young boys to sing like you!” With that, they were sent through to the next round.

However, despite their talent, Bring It North was eliminated in the semi-finals. They had given a stunning performance of A Million Dreams from The Greatest Showman, but sadly, it wasn’t enough to move forward. Fans were heartbroken. To make it up to them, the boys uploaded a special video—a recording of their rehearsal version of the song. This version was even more vocally complex than what they had sung on TV, showcasing their incredible harmonies.

The response was overwhelming. Fans flooded the comment section with praise. One person wrote, “These boys harmonize so well!” while another admitted, “Not many singing videos give me goosebumps, but this one did easily.” The video quickly gained over a million views, and anyone who watched it couldn’t help but feel moved. In the background of the video, the boys’ dads could be seen watching proudly, clearly thrilled to see their sons sharing their talent with the world.

But being eliminated from Britain’s Got Talent wasn’t the end of Bring It North—it was just the beginning. The boys continued performing at gigs all over the country, delighting audiences everywhere. In one popular clip from 2018, they can be seen singing an energetic cover of I Want You Back by The Jackson 5. Their performance had the crowd dancing and cheering, and some even said that they could be the next big Motown-style boy band.

So, will Bring It North go on to become global stars like The Jackson 5? That’s still a mystery. Their social media has been quiet lately, which could mean one of two things: either they’re working on something huge, or they’ve gone their separate ways. Interestingly, back in the semi-finals, Simon Cowell didn’t offer them a record deal but predicted, “I see you starring in some big West End shows instead.” Maybe he was right all along!

Whatever the boys are up to now, we hope they’re still singing and making people smile. If you want to hear more of their amazing harmonies, check out their YouTube channel. And for the latest updates, don’t forget to follow them on Facebook!
