Do you remember those school performances from your early years? After weeks of practice, the big day finally arrived. You had to step on stage in front of your parents, teachers, and all the other kids’ families. But the scariest part?
Messing up in front of your classmates! You saw them every day at school, and if you made a mistake, you’d never hear the end of it. And if you had a sibling in the audience, things could get even worse. Imagine how bad it would be if your sibling was performing too!
If you messed up, your brother or sister would remind you about it forever. Siblings love to tease, and they never let you forget embarrassing moments. That’s exactly what happened with brother and sister Jadon Cole and Dylan Kate Muller.
When they were little, they performed the song Hallelujah—together! And to make it even funnier, they wore matching outfits. But that’s not all. Jadon, being the big brother, kept interrupting Dylan, correcting her singing and acting like he knew everything. Sibling rivalry at its best!
“Dylan, you’re singing it wrong!” Jadon would say, stopping her mid-song.
Dylan rolled her eyes and kept going, but Jadon wouldn’t let up.
It was hilarious! Instead of just singing nicely, they turned it into a full-on comedy act. Don’t you wish you had thought of something like that for your school talent show? The best part was how they kept changing the lyrics in clever ways. When Dylan jokingly sang “Hello Julia” instead of Hallelujah to a friend in the audience, it was perfect comedy timing! Of course, Jadon’s serious expression made it even funnier, and let’s not forget—they actually had great voices! Without their talent, the whole thing wouldn’t have worked as well.
That performance happened five years ago, and guess what? It became a massive hit online! Their funny sibling showdown now has an incredible 21 million views on YouTube. Since then, they’ve posted other videos, but nothing has topped their Hallelujah moment. But don’t worry, they’ve been busy with even bigger things.
Jadon has moved on from being just an online sensation to a real-life actor. He has starred in several TV shows and even landed a big role in a Hollywood movie! In the 2024 film The Instigators, Jadon plays the son of none other than Matt Damon! How cool is that? You can also see him as Jack Kelly in the stage musical Newsies in Los Angeles.
And it doesn’t stop there. Right after Newsies, Jadon played the iconic role of Danny Zuko in Grease, a production by Heritage Drama in LA. He’s really working hard to become a great actor by performing in live theatre. But the highlight of his journey so far? Walking the red carpet at the premiere of The Instigators alongside Matt Damon, Casey Affleck, and Jack Harlow in New York City on August 2, 2024. The movie, directed by Doug Liman, is an Apple Original Film. Way to go, Jadon!
Meanwhile, Dylan Kate isn’t far behind. In November 2023, she won 1st place for her monologue at the annual Drama Teachers Association of Southern California competition. And let’s not forget—Dylan has an amazing singing voice! Watch her perform Burn from Hamilton, and you’ll see why the audience was so impressed. She’s got serious talent!
